The sixteenth edition of Talloires Pyroconcerts Festival will take place from 24 to 26th August 2011 at 09pm.




Wednesday August 24th : Jazz folk with André Manoukian and his quartet
An exceptional pyroconcert!
To the program: André Manoukian and his quartet, put in fire and lights by Jean-Eric Ougier. On  jazz, folk and oriental rhythms , André Manoukian and Jean-Eric Ougier play with fire and the music, and invite the public in the heart of a magic universe and without limit. A moment of exception where flames and melody assemble to create a concert with one thousand voices, one thousand colors, one thousand feelings.
Postponed at the 25th in case of bad weather.

Friday August 26th : Tribute to Hungarian Liszt
Music, papers, letters pull the spectator in the heart of a romantic universe : the one of Liszt.
In the evening, the arts are allied to make live again the most French of the Hungarian composers and the universal,humanist and popular values which were so dear to him.Let you give way by the voice of the actor as much as by the magic of the words of Liszt. A journey in poetry which comes to give a breath to music. Through the voice of the actor, it is Liszt who comes back to life.

The concept
In 1996, some friends, artists who have a passion for Talloires imagine to turn the most beautiful bay of the lake into a formidable decoration of spectacle.
Five years later, the artistic direction is confided to Jean-Eric Ougier. The pyrotechnist producer gives an original orientation to the event by creating a new concept, the Pyroconcerts.

This true artistic adventure celebrates this year its fifteenth birthday.
The Pyroconcerts, it's above all a unique festival.Can you imagine! A open sky concert, illuminated by prestigious pyrotechnical effects. On a scene built on water, artists give us the best of themselves to offer an exceptional musical show.

Each summer, the splendid bay of Talloires is the theatre of this imposing alchemy. The fireworks fill with wonder the public at the rhythm of jazz, variety and classical compositions.
Dancers and acrobats accompany musicians and actors to offer a complete spectacle, near the universe of Music Hall.

The richness of Pyroconcerts of Talloires rests on this artistic orientation, which is cultural and festive.
The excellence of the interpreters and fairy lights is appreciated by a large audience and this event becomes a privileged entertainment to enjoy in familly.

A magician of fireworks ans arts
OUGIER Jean-Eric, pyrotechnist, artistic director and scenographer.

With the passing years, the spectator child of the Fetes of the Annecy Lake, pyrotechnist at the age of 18, in control of the society "Fêtes et Feux" for 25 years, has made his passion his job. Jean-Eric Ougier likes to be defined as an originator of open air events. Producer, pyrotechnist, author, he endorses all the roles with pleasure, to design innovative shows.
Shouldered by his faithful team, he sees his dreams come true and he is delighted to share them with a very large audience.
In France or in Europe, he has a lot of requests behalf of private and institutional prescribers. He has produced many outside shows: The Fairs of Night of the Versailles Castle, the legendary Fairs of the Annecy Lake, The Nights of Fire of Chantilly or several celebrations of July 14 in Paris.
With the Pyroconcerts of Talloires, he affirms his taste and his fascination for mixtures of kinds and arts. The released artistic harmony of the Pyroconcerts, has been revealing for  10 years the many facets of his talent.
